Clinical Courses

The Behavioral Medicine Research & Training Foundation 
Offers a homes study course in  Anatomy and Physiology: The course is designed specifically for clinicians who need to know just how the body’s physiology influences behavior and vice versa. The course covers all of the major systems in the body with more emphasis on the nervous system and less on “names of foot bones” teaching. Students can customize the course to emphasize kinesiology / body movement control, medical A&P, and the biological basis of behavior. This is the equivalent of a three credit college course so material is presented in depth. Click on the A&P course for a full course description and an explanation of how the material is presented. The Behavioral Medicine Research & Training Foundation
Offers distance based courses in EEG Biofeedback (neurofeedback), General Biofeedback, Behavioral Interventions for Pelvic Floor Disorders, Pain Assessment & Intervention, Neuropsychophysiology (advanced EEG), Hypnosis, Neuromuscular Reeducation, A&P, and others. Our courses provide 36 to 50 hours of CE credits through California’s Board of Behavioral Sciences, NBCC, and others. Scholarships are available. G-Jo Institute
